Skills training to build confidence in reading, writing, spelling and maths.
Students will learn how to navigate the computer, enhance their mouse & keyboard skills, the basics of using Microsoft 365, and will explore the features and functions of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Students will also learn important aspects of using digital communication in the workplace.
*Please bring your own lunch, there are no cafe facilities onsite.

Over the age of 15 years and no longer enrolled in school
Live or work in NSW
Have a USI
Be either an Australian citizen or permanent resident, NZ citizen, meet refugee or humanitarian visa requirements or be an eligible asylum seeker.

WEA Illawarra can be prevented from issuing you with a nationally recognised VET qualification or statement of attainment when you complete your course if you do not have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you have not yet obtained a USI you can apply for it directly at usi.gov.au/students/create-usi
NOTE: Certificates will not be issued until satisfactory completion of all assessment requirements and all payments for the course have been received.
