Join us for a gentle movement class that includes both Qigong and TaiChi. Qigong is a series of movements designed to support health in the body. Tai Chi is a flowing sequence of movements that is often described as a moving meditation. Both gently support muscle strength, improve balance, reduce falls risk, and lift the spirit. This class is suitable for complete beginners.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Loose, comfortable clothing. Comfortable, supportive shoes (no thongs, slippers, or bare feet please).
